"I expected to get stuck with the same..."
I expected to get stuck with the same few Bruins items everyone else has, because that’s usually my luck. But I was actually surprised, there were way more sizes and styles than I thought there’d be. For once, I didn’t feel like I was settling.

It’s one of those things where it feels okay for what it is, and I don’t have any major complaints, but I also wouldn’t say it felt especially high-end or better than expected. Basically, it works and seems decent enough, but the overall quality was just kind of average to me...

"Finally, a delivery that actually showed up on time"
I ordered a hoodie from Bruin Team Shop, for once I didn’t have to deal with the usual delivery nonsense. The tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, the package showed up right on time, and nothing was damaged. Kind of sad that this feels rare these days, but yeah, no hassle at all. I’m happy with it

"Wish I’d ordered from them sooner"
I ordered from Bruin Team Shop it was a easy experience. The site was simple to get around, checkout didn’t cause any headaches, and everything showed up looking just like I expected. My only regret is that I didn’t try them earlier instead of overthinking it. No real complaints at all, just a smooth order from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again...

"The tracking was seriously frustrating"
I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated at all, which got really annoying fast. The package took way longer than I expected, and not knowing what was going on made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Shopping for a hoodie shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I was just trying to buy a hoodie, but the site made it way more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and the filters kept resetting on me, which got old fast. Checkout did work in the end, but people should be able to shop without fighting the website the whole time...

I ordered from Bruin Team Shop the checkout process was simple and painless. The pages loaded without any issues, my payment went through smoothly, and the confirmation email showed up right away. It’s nothing over the top, but it works the way it should, and I appreciate that. At the end of the day, it’s just decent to make the buying process easy for people, and they did that.

"They did the right thing and fixed it quickly"
My shirt showed up with a small bit of damage, so I emailed them a photo and figured I’d be stuck going back and forth for days. To their credit, they replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a whole ordeal. Mistakes happen, but I think a company should own them when they do, and they handled it the right way. Good service overall, and I’d order from them again.

"Nice spot for Bruins gifts"
I ordered a Bruins hoodie for my brother’s birthday and he was really happy with it. The website were easy to figure out, and the size ended up being just right. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted, so I’m giving it one star off, but the hoodie looked good and felt like decent quality. I’d probably order from here again for a Bruins fan.

"Fair prices and no weird surprises"
i was happy with the prices on Bruin Team Shop. A lot of team shops seem to tack on huge markups, but this one felt reasonable for what I ended up getting.

The checkout was easy too, and I didn’t get hit with random extra costs at the last second. I’d order from them again since it actually felt like I paid a fair price.

"Feels authentic, shipping was decent"
When I opened it, I had that little moment of relief because it looked just like I remembered the real thing should. Everything seems legit to me. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it was okay and got here fine.

"The site itself is fine, I guess..."
The site itself is fine, I guess, but the stock situation gets frustrating. Maybe I just have bad timing, but it feels like every time I find a Bruins hoodie I like or the size I need, it’s already sold out. Restocks seem to take forever too. It’s not a terrible shop or anything, just kind of annoying to use sometimes.

"Really solid packaging overall"
My order from bruinteamshop.com showed up packed really well. The box was in good shape, nothing was crushed, and everything inside was wrapped neatly with no damage. I’ve had orders from other places arrive bent or kind of thrown together, so this was a nice surprise. Even if the packaging wasn’t absolutely perfect, it did the job really well. Simple thing, but it definitely makes a difference. I’d order again.

"Fit was about what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and wasn’t sure how the sizing would turn out, but it ended up being accurate. It’s maybe a little roomy, but to me that’s actually better for a hoodie since I like a more relaxed fit. I’m taking off one star because the shipping felt a bit slower than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.
